Can you play the same account on two different devices?

I know about the data transfer option, but I was wondering if I transfer my data to an emulator online, can I still play on my phone when I'm not near my computer without having to transferring it back to my phone from my computer. Cause that would be a hassle to keep on re-transferring

It isn’t letting me log in to my accpunt on my phone, I don’t want to start over I have already been on the app for a year and I don’t want to start over. If someone else has solved this problem please tell me.
