So it's actually nice that Konami made this into her rarest drop.

Well, it's not a bad correlation if you think that Skull Guardian have all these steel armor attached to his body while M-Warriors are using magnetism.
These are the old, chess-themed Archfiends. They're low level beaters with differents effects each, and a common targeting protection effect that is reliant on luck. The newer Archfiends, despite being of the same archetype, don't work the same way.
Despite the fact that its name and text indicate that it lies in Mako Tsunami's Deck, it can be seen when Yugi looked through Joey's deck during Duelist Kingdom. Also, 1 copy of this card can be seen in Yugi's hand during his 1st duel against Yami Bakura using a deck that consists of all the decks of his friends including his own.
This card is EARTH instead of FIRE.
It gets fused with Petit Dragon which is a WIND to create a Darkflare Dragon which is DARK instead of FIRE.
The perfect unbiased logic.
Why they put it in Paradox Deck instead of Weavil? Because it resembles Jirai Gumo or something Paradox used some Bug monsters aswell like that labyrinth worm.
