No that easy, you will need legion, and sage stone in hand, plus double summon of tribute exchange, or tribute doll, this isn't a good card to play a whole deck based on onky this, one otc and you lose one match
idk what you guys are talking about ? you play Legion you summon DMGirl you play sage stone you get Dark Magician, once you have both DM and DMG on the filed you special summon SODM. what are yous not understanding ? Yugi basically did this in the show.
Negating traps isn't a good enough effect for something that requires such a hard to meet condition to be summoned. If you're playing a DM deck with this card, you are just wasting resources for this, which will be a dead draw in almost every scenario, instead of a card that actually has value in Champion's Vigilance. Cards like Econ, OtC, and Super Rush Headlong are much more common anyways
