At this point, this skill should get rid of the benefit for the opponent, so only you get one more card. And the not being able to summon should just apply to effect monsters if anything? Not just ban summoning.
They specifically said that this skill granted too advantage to people using non effect monsters on first turn. Anyway I agree with you that before the nerf this skill was still usable, right now has lost all its appeal
That's what he said, though? Before this latest nerf the skill is still usable in Amano Stun deck, now this skill has no point being in the game, they might as well just completely erased it.
well there are a lots of skills just put there to make number, like LP Boost Ω or the majority of Tristan's skills which noone uses because they can't be possibly good in any deck. The most useless character in this sense is probably Scud
