I know that Optimal = Expensive, But could There be... I dunno, a BlackWing Synchro Deck That doesn’t require 3 Bora’s? A more F2P version that maybe isn’t the best, but can still make use of some of the other BlackWings released?
Bora isn't the only BlackWing with a special summoning effect, so he's really not that essential. Gladius is a good replacement, but his level is an issue with the current Synchros they have. However, you should aim to get 2 copies of Whirlwind if possible.

And ValleCula, you don’t have to be responsible for it, my comment was just an attempt to get suggestions since unlike a lot of deck types, I’ve yet to see a Deck Screenshot here, which I blame on the bots scaring people away.
As you know there are many spammers. I think you guys should do something about them. For all that I care, they could be third party trying to defame your site.
Anyway back to topic. I think players should be independent and not spoon fed all the time. Just make an optimized build with other cards to be considered or tips will do. Purely personal opinion.
Do f2p kids srsly struggle getn cards? i dont get it i haven't spent $1 and only been playing like 3-4 months and have 3 of almost every top played card this 🔥 isn't hard.
You don't need 3 Boras. Harmattan and Armed Wing each do the one of the things Bora does, only better. Better to use the deck space on a Gust or Mistral. Nice card to have 1 or 2 of though.
I pulled whirlwind+bora by opening packs with the gems you get at the beginning of the game then used my dream ticket the next day to get a second whirlwind
