"It's limited for a reason", and yet, Dimensional Prison, Canadia, Drowning Mirror Force, Cosmic Cyclone, Anki, etc etc are not limited, despite them being much MUCH more overpowered and ridiculously broken than Champion's Vigilance.
So no, it is not limited for a reason since other cards that are more op are not
Completely irrelevant seeing as other 🔥 broken overpowered cards are allowed that don't even have any requirements such as having a level 7+ monster out to even activate it.
Seeing as you seem to think cards with removal effects that have NO requirements are ok, but Champion's Vigilance, which has a requirement to even activate isn't, then clearly you have a problem
The fact that you think all those cards bar Canadia are much more over powered than champions vigilance show how little you know about balancing and the other anon is right if that was his first turn board he’s more most likely going to win. a dimensional prison and drowning is just slowing down your loss
