Order to charge need normal monster, and on the field too.
This card can remove threatening card from hand.
Order to charge may be better cos its quick spell, but otherwise this one is easier
It's more not that likely that you have normal monster/can summon it while your target is on the field except you play often some specific deck to feel this way. Spell on your hand? You often have many spell, more with that HHG anywhere except you play HHG yourself
