Gravity Axe - Grarl Bug

Gravity Axe - Grarl prevents the controller's opponent's monsters from changing battle positions. However cards such as Wind of Etaqua still resolve. Where can I report this bug?

Please, report to your brain... maybe after this, he could tell your eyes to read it correctly on the card desc...

That only applies for THEM trying to switch manually. Traps/spells/effects still apply normally.
