When i open my app it moves really slow

Ever since yesterday when i open my app it moves really slow like its glitching or lagging can someone please help?

I have the same problem and after that, when i open Duel Links it's "No network detected". I used to conect with my wifi, a friend's wifi, my data but still the same. What i shoud do??
