How Do I gets Tea's drop skill? Is it random or?

Her 5-card skill. Do I need her to have all her previous skills learned (lv 20) nefore it drops? Or does it drop anytime before then as well?

Is there anything to be done as to make the skill drop rate better?

It's really hard for me to get. I got draw sense fire, and life boost a but no duel standby

Its random drop. U just have to keep dueling LD. The higher the better
