I played that deck a lot, but against some decks i don't hv a chance! So why is that deck ranked top in the list??

Because once your jurrasic world is destroyed by twisters/de-spells, you actually don't have anything to replace it. Carry judgment of anubis.
Rating is subjective btw. I don't believe it's in the highest rank either. Decks like daedalus with a little tweak (like an extra umi or sea lord's amulet) is more dangerous because they don't really have any weakness and can actually OTK you.
