Curious about some cards?

As the title states I was curious about a few cards. While dueling Standard Duelists, and the Vagabond they used cards like Serpent Night Dragon, and Ancient Scorpion is there no way to obtain these cards as of right now?

Standard Duelists can use cards that aren't obtainable yet, it's pretty common.

As of the 13th, you can get Serpent Night Dragon from Rex Raptor as a Super-Rare. As for "Ancient Scorpion", I'll assume you mean Millennium Scorpion, which can be gotten from Odion.
