Does silent sword slash counter drowing mirror force?
If I'm unaffected by card effects, why was my silent swordman affected by the trap effect, even though i already activated the silent sword slash.

Depends if SSS resolved before or after Drowsing Mirror Force. If it resolved before (activated after) DMF then Silent Swordsman would be unaffected. If DMF resolved first then Silent Swordsman will get shuffled into the deck, (if it is Attack Position) before SSS resolves.

It depends on card's resolving order.
If you activated SSS and your opponent activated DMF in response to that, your opponent's DMF would resolve first and your monsters would be shuffled to the deck.
If your opponent activated DMF and you activated SSS in response to that, your SSS would resolve first and your opponent's DMF would become useless.
