I can't attack during battle phase?!

I have this bug, where I cant attack during battle phase. The button for entering the battle phase just doesn't show, as you can see in my screenshots. It occurs every 10 or 15 games in all game modes and with every deck or character. My App ist updated and I have a good internet connection. And no, it isnt due to D Hero Decider or anything... Please help, I really frustrated over this!

Considering you're using counter fairies and there's a card in your banished pile, I assume you used Cards from the Sky. Read that text, it specifically states you do not have a battle phase that turn.

I suspect you use cards from the sky, then you used Zeradias' effect to search sanctuary, thus why we cant see the cards in your grave.
