Why cannot fusion on first turn?

Hey guys, I`ve been looking on the net about this but cannot find anything. A time ago I realized that is not possible to fusion summon on the first or second turn (Yes, I have the right cards because i can fusion summon in later turns) neither activate field spell cards. Is there any site where you can look for other moves you cannot perform in first turns?

The TC moron was obviously using the duel standby skill. Read your skill's effect you fool.

You can fusion summon & activate field spells on your first turn.
There might be a skill or card effect active that prevents you from doing so instead.
