I purchaset 20 packs with my CC,they debited my account but did not give me the packsi payed
For because my phone swithed off due to lack of batrery,the packs remaining are still the same number.so basically i paid monday and cant open the packs i bought.

The past participle of verb "pay" is pronounced as "paid" not payed.
