If you go to the settings in the app you can contact konami and submit a query to get your old account back. You'll need your old duelist ID (the 9 digit number on the home screen), your name, most recent stage, most recent character used, describe your last duel, any receipts from purchases etc... it'll all be on there.
Same thing happened to me, took 6 days to get my account back (missed the whole bakura event, lol). AND WHEN YOU GET IT BACK MAKE A KONAMI ID!

unfortunately, because you didn't set up a Konami account before your phone broke, you no longer have access to your account, it's impossible to get it back now, also it only took me about 1 day to get to stage 30 after accidently losing my original account in a similar accident, so I feels you should be more than capable to catch to where you left off.
