Is "Magician's Cirle" bugged?

I just had this issue.... dam could have won against vagabond wtf.... when is this getting fixed

Im having the same issue as well. I was doing a ranked duel when it happened.

I've noticed it only works on duels you can use the auto duel function. It works right away then. I make sure it's at least the turn after I place it and that both myself and my opponent have an open monster spot. My deck is full of spellcasters 2000 or below. It's really annoying when I'm literally begging the card to activate, but it hasn't for the past few days.

It is bugged.

I just had a Dark Magician Girl on my field and the trap was set two turns ago.
My opponent had only one monster. The next turn he had none, and in both case the trap wont activate.

Its not bugged. It wont work if you OR your opponent have a field full of monsters. The card gives each person a chance to summon a spellcaster and if one of the fields are full the card get give that opportunity to one player and therefore cant activate.

I'm having the same problem, but it seems like it never works the turn you place it, the round after you place it, it will work. Atleast that's what is happening to me.

I have encountered the same bug multiple times. I just had it happen literally less than a minute ago. I set reinforcements and magician's circle first turn, I did have any monsters. My opponent set a card. Next turn I summoned a Bazoo the Soul-Eater, I did not attack because I thought that the opponent was running charmers, who have 1700 defense due to my Yami field spell. The next turn, they flipped earth charmer, took Bazoo, then attacked with Bazoo first followed by the charmer (who is a spellcaster), and I did not have the option to activate my magician's circle. The next turn I drew a Mythical Beast Cerberus, attacked their earth charmer, and I still could not activate my magician's circle.

The reason I typed all that out was so that others could do the same and we could try to find similar circumstances that result in this bug occurring.

It is bugged. Doesn't activate with ritual summon monsters, doesn't work with toon spell casters. For me it only works with clock wizard and dark magician girl.... Lame.

Same issue. Spend hours building a spell caster deck with elemental spell casters and ritual spell casters ans the trap doesn't activate when spell casters hit me or when I hit spell casters
