3 packs + 1 SR limited bug? Help?

I bought a 3 packs + 1 SR limited deal for 2 dollars from the shop and I got the 3 packs, but in the final screen I forgot to hit confirm SR card. How do I go back and get my SR card? I didn't get it!!! I already paid and have proof. Help?
