"Is it considered BM? or Bad Manners?
I always sent it after close duels but i don't want to aggravate anyone by accident"
--
depends on the context of the match. If the player was a troll and throws BM's throughout the match (in text taunts by the character), then after he beats you, he gives you a "nice", then yeah he might've meant it sarcastically.
Otherwise, if there was nothing to indicate either player was being obnoxious, and someone sends a "nice", it won't be regarded as insulting.

Sending one all the time is obviously dumb.
Send one when, you know, you'd actually say "nice" to their face. Like if they had a cool deck, or made an interesting play you didn't see coming or something. And yes, you're definitely an ass if you do it after you steamrolled them.

it depends, if you send "nice" when you win, it's equivalent to spit you opponent face and said "nice duel sucker".

I think I got "Nice" only a few times when I won, most people send "Nice" when I lose. Nice = Git gud I think
