I have 2500 gems and I have 3 decks vampire , mask change and new dino meta. Do I wait for a new meta or try and get certain cards to improve my decks more ?

Better stick with vamps for now if you're still not bored with them yet.
There's rumors about MH getting hit. Although it is not yet confirmed, but spending gems towards them is risky.
