I recently gained a copy of skilled dark magician and upon looking back all sources say its only an arkana level up reward but i dont have arkana. where did i get it?

You need to get Arkana- his missions are unlockable after reaching level 15 in duel world. After that, you can get 2 copies of Skilled Dark Magician when you grind him to levels 38 and 45
