Dark World Dealings + Fortune Fairies?

Sadly this combo doesn't seem to work e.g. it doesn't activate their special summon when drawn effect. Is it a bug?

The draw needs to be the last thing that happened to chain Fortune Fairies. For DWD this is not the case because you'll discard right afterwards.
