You get those in ranked duels. Apparently you have to get all the game attributes. I only have 5 so idk what the reward is.

It's for people in quarantine. You'll get medals if you stay home.

I've been wondering about this as well. I assumed it was losers who have gained the completion reward "title" from every event but then wouldn't it be called "Titles Complete"? Plus they are ongoing e.g. the Carly event has a title to claim so who can anyone ever be complete...?
