JP Voice Soundtrack and the text

If I were to switch the voice settings to the JP soundtrack, would the text dialogue be an accurate translation or would it just say the same lines as the English VA? (MangakaJ96)

I would say a lot is the same or has the same meaning at least and is just said differently. Sometimes there is added-in or changed dialogue, though.
