What's the win streak to get to Legend Rank 1 from plat 5?

Hello all,

I'm in Platinum rank 5 and I managed to achieve a 4 win-streak. However, I did not promote to Legend Rank 1. That was quite shocking for me since previous plat ranks required 4 wins to promote. Is this some kind of bug or do I need a 5 win streak to promote to Legend 1?

you need 4 wins. for example, if you are platinum 5 and got 2 wins and 1 loss, you need 3 more wins to get to legendary. if you can win 4 straight without any losses, that will do it
