Soft lock loop?

So I got the tutorial that the game forces you to see uploaded deck recipes and every single time i do it the game just sits there on a loading screen forever. I cant even transfer the game data to my PC from my android because the game locks all other menu option when started for the tutorial. I cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled did a data re-download and nothing.Please help....
