Reward cards and cards from packs randomly disappear?

I have the feeling that sometimes cards I got as drop rewards or from packs just randomly disappear or just don't ever show up.
The first time it happened was when I was pretty sure that I got an Enemy Controller (still don't have one up to date). I closed the app and went to sleep afterwards and then the next day the cards wasn't there.
The second time it happened was with Shield and Sword from Joey. I'm sure I got this as a reward once, but apparently I don't have it.
And I'm 99 % sure that I got the UR Brain Research Lab from Chatic Compilance (because I felt a little bit disappointed about this UR drop because I have no use for it) but the game shows me that I don't have the card and that it's still in the box (that I definitely didn't reset).

So did anyone notice something like this too

My junk synchron disappeared from my deck and Idk why.

Yea i won wandering king wildwind from the tag duel tournament and its not available as a prize anymore and i never got it in my inventory

Same problem I had 2 Junk synchron And they just disappeared from the deck

I've had a few cards disappear over the course of a week I started playing this game, also reward tickets that have just vanished before the due date. The two most latest victims were Submarineroid and Goblin Thief.

I'm missing 4 dark magicians I traded my tickets for out of my deck and it auto filled my deck with junk.

Just lost Tribute to the Doomed today. RIP
