Obelisk was datamined but it didn't make an appearance in the game yet (except for some mentions in the Battle City events but I wouldn't count it).

The next part of the event will give us a new skill for Yami Yugi but that's it, at least for now.

Not possible yet. It might be a part of the current event, the second part of which will start on May 3. Of course, the divine offering items might be for something else entirely and Konami is just teasing us.
