Good synchro monsters ?

I stopped playing DL before 5Ds, but I am back at it ! I'm looking for good Synchro Monsters which can fit in various meta decks ! Any advices ? Thank's !!

Level 12 Onimaru the Divine Thunder just bc it's a generic with 3k atk and destruction protection

Lv 7: Black Rose Dragon, Samurai Destroyer
Lv 8: Stardust Dragon, Scrap Dragon
Lv 9: Vermillion Dragon Mech, Mist Wurm
Lv 10-12: Not many options
