Connection dropped - lost purchased cards?

I see cards I use to have and they disappears latter

I have had cards purchased from packs, card trader & won during game disappear more than once.The cards are NOT in inventory. It's ALWAYS the ultra or super rare or card trader/event ones. Cards were not sold. Not sure if hacker or glitch or other player who had access to my phone. I actually started using lock on phone as others who play game spend time at my place.

I'll not happen. What do you get come from the server, not from your app otherwise people can hack the pack card so you can rest assured. Buying pack process is like this:
1. You send buy command to the server.
2. The server reduce your gem/money+random some card to your account.
3. The server send the list of what you got to your app.

So the process will be ok except the server sudden blackout in between without proper handling which has very very low prob.

As another people says, just check your card inventory. If it's really missing in the app (which means duel links app code is really bad), just clear and re-sync your account. Don't forget to create a Konami Id before.

I had a similar incident. The cards should be added, but might not display NEW properly or at the top when NEWEST filter is used.
Filter spells by rarity and see if your Super Rush is there.
