Why has this happened?

I was using a Fortune Lady Deck when my Fortune Lady Dark's ATK was displayed as 2399 ATK instead of 2400 ATK and my Fortune Lady Earth's ATK was displayed as 2799 instead of 2800. Is this a random bug/glitch because it usually displays the correct value.
