If I uninstall/transfer my duel links account, do I keep my tickets when I re-download my save?

I needed to makes some space on my
phone and want to uninstall the app until I come back to it.

If your data transfer is successful, then yes, you keep your tickets and everything in your Gift Box. Basically you copy your whole game progress to another device.
