Maybe. I don't know. It's an annoying strategy that can be easily disrupted. But Konami hates annoying strategies.

The meta in the TCG is extremely different than the meta in Duel Links. We probably won't get it because we're lacking the dozens of hand traps that the TCG has.

probably yes. With so many disruption like floodgate trap hole, book of moon, canadia, karma cut, monster that can negate monster effects etc. yata-garasu is not really OP so it will be fine.
