the Hōkai archetype feels unbalanced and at a complete disadvantage, you have no way to avoid Spell and Trap cards and card destruction effects not to mention that the flagship card the Vijam you only get with an ability and the requirements for the ability to be used leave a very large margin of disadvantage.
