No VOX available to download

Hi, I just redownloaded the game, but for some reason I have no audio available. The VOX options show up as "---" regardless of what language I have it set to, and there doesn't seem to be any way to make character audio show up for download. What can I do?

So for me all I needed to do was link my account to save it and it gave me the ability to download. Not 100 percent sure if that is the reason, but it worked for me.

Try to redownload and reinstall the whole game. Make sure that you set up your Konami ID first such that you don't lose your progress.

Or just don't use the VOX option.
