Not necessarily. It's a skill that requires the user to have a hard-to-summon monster (takes two tributes or a way to cheap it out); that will surely be a one-of, have that monster survive throughout your opponent turn as well as a field spell. Then give up a full turn (draw included) to reduce your opponent's l.p. to 1. Then, to use this in your advantage, you have to either: have set a card that
Inflicts damage the same turn you set the combo with wiracocha and have it survive until after activating the skill; or survive another opponent's turn while almost depleted of resources.
Sorry for multiple posting, I'm in my cellphone.
I know this skill sounds very powerfully, but since there are not enough ways to cheat it out in the first turns, I think it might be relegated to stall decks, whilst being a kind of anti-spam itself.
Perhaps I'm mistaken, for there are cards as super team buddy force unite!
Wiraqocha Rasca isn't that hard to summon. And once we'll get Mystic Tomato it will be very easy. Field Spells aren't that hard to search for and you can basically use any burn card that can be activated in the opponent's turn or deals damage in the opponent's turn.
Hmm, the problem is you never know when those cards are going to be released. They are being added slowly and... friendly reminder they didn't even release Masked Dragon or Stratos... people were asking for them probably since 2017
