Konami keeps buffing certain skill but more than 50% of the skills are still pure trash.

Problem is, some of the skills are still trash even after a buff.

Like that Wonder Balloon skill. Opponent still can easily remove Wonder Balloon, so there's still not much incentive in running that Skill.

Extra Balloons can at least be used in a fun meme deck.
