Unknown Synchron and Changer Synchron are good too, the issue is, they are Level 1.

And we don't have any good Level 3 Synchro.

Nope, the lowest Level we have is 4 with Kudabbi and Balmung.

Nope. The lowest level of synchro is level 3. Example: Goyo Defender. Also this other monster from CYbernetic Rebellion i think.
