Yea since Amazoness is pretty much the top deck, and goyo needs an earth non tuner, it would be to easy to splash a tuner in for a goyo so probably won't give us one.
He'll probably drop the Goyo cards from Arc-V. most all of them were worse than default goyo guardian, so we could easily get them. Not sure how impactful any of them will be.
Drops are gonna be montage dragon, the dog, the dragon that used against yusei, etc... crap. and probably goyo gonna be a skill like every 5ds character have.
