There's a secret crazy powerful deck you can make with this no one is playing for some reason.... lol That will be MUCH better once XYZ become a thing.

Obviously, add in some level 8 synchros. I run two Scrap Dragon, two Stardust. Thought Ruler Archfiend is another option, but the pack he's in kinda sucks.
You still seem deeply confused and mistaken. XYZ Dragon Cannon is a crappy old, highly specific monster from a defunct archetype no one was talking about or referencing in any way.
In real Yu-Gi-Oh!, XYZ (Or Exceed) Monsters are an entire extra new deck classification like Synchro Monsters, but with a rank instead of a level. Summoned by overlaying two monsters of the same level.
