1st. Its is a trap card that means you have to w8 a whole turn just to summon it.
2nd. If it is in graveyard it is a deck card. Inviker decks prefer remove cards from grave to keep card advantage.
3rd. It is just a vanilla monster with a merely 1800attack.
4th. Can be destroyed both from m/t and monster removals.
There is a reason people will never use choise such a bad card in an invoker deck.
It's useful in Watt decks because there aren't many good Level 4 Thunder monsters that you can special summon from your hand. But nobody is playing Watt
