Good luck using this in a wind-themed deck which is nearly non-exist in the game. Strong wind-attribute archetype currently are Harpies and Mecha Phantom Beast and both are not even tier 4
Good point, but it'll be a hard time dealing with this deck. Even if you succeed summoning Joe, the chance for you to perform otk is unlikely. Not to mention HHG is nerfed hard that makes the deck become utterly inconsistent
