using DNA surgery for buster blader is something that's been known in the TCG for a long time. Not to mention, on the yugioh webpage for buster blader and DNA surgery, it mentions the tip there as well, and this was long before this card came out in duel links.

You can argue that this Playmaker has "popularized" the deck in Duel Links, but you are wrong in saying he "created" it; the idea of combining Buster Blader with DNA Surgery is actually pretty old.
I know it's popular,I meant look at the cards,all similar except for one..isn't that a bit suspicious?At any rate if they copy paste decks they should have the decency to give credit to it's owner,or mention their inspiration..maybe im overthinking it
