Why are you lying? Almost all visiting duelists were unlockable (paradox brothers, pegasus, bakura) except for yugi muto and super joey. This one will be unlockable as well.
He's not lying. There duelists like Pegasus, Bakura, the Paradox Brothers, etc that are unlockable. But the *Visiting* Legendary Duelists are not, like Yugi Muto, Bakura (in the last event) and this one. These only give you cards.
All of you need to stop acting like you know anything with 100% certainty, rofl. The announcement literally only says he's coming to Duel Links. It doesn't say whether we can unlock him or if he'll just periodically spawn, and we won't know for sure until tomorrow.
