Tier 2 or 3 I think cause the main way to summon DM for now is via navigation to trigger dark magical circle and they can brick quite often. It will be tier 1 when eternal soul is coming
Dark magician is a super consistent deck you have so many ways to summon him out with different conditions ..... the fact that you think we only get navigation shows that you have no idea how the deck works,
Magicians robes, dark magic veil, dark magic circle ,
Navigation, Cosmo brain, monsters that become dark magician on board, mahad,
Chocolate magician girl and that’s not every card ......
