money and lots of time, considering some of those cards cannot be turned into prismatic via card trader, you have to actually obtain them as prismatic.
Occasionally they will run an event where you can upgrade more cards than usually available. It is very infrequent, I don't remember the last time they did it.
I got the Prismatic Magician of Dark Illusions from WCS 2019, DMs from farming and Kuriboh tickets, Magicians Rods from Card Trader, Prismatic Circle was an EPIC lucky pull, Prismatic Navigations were all from the current EX trader (150 EX total), Prismatic Dark Magic Attack from a previous "exclusive" card trader upgrade for gems (I got all 3 this way before it was added to the trader)
Prismatic Curtain from the same "exclusive Card Trader" for 1200 gems, Prismatic DM Expanded from KC cups on 2019, Prismatic Vigilance from 2017 farming, Prismatic econ from WCS 2018. If its a DM card and I can make it prismatic, I have. I love the deck its my favourite archetype :D
I don´t really get the appeal of Prismatics. Personally, I think the shiny animations get in the way of the card´s artwork. I prefer mine just plain and simple.
DM is my auto duel deck as it can easily get 4000 pts (x2 for 8 rewards) and I can use it to autoduel the legendary event duelists and get good points usually 4-6k pts
