They can just put Aleister to limited 3, preventing 3 palace + 3 Aleister in a single deck.

It would not destroy it. I used 2 palace and one aleister and one invocation and did fine you just have to put aleister on the field before using invocation

If both Aleister & Invokation where limited to 1, you should have to choose ONE of them....
