Ok so I had the same issue I went into settings linked my account with Google play instead of the konami ID reinstalled and hit data link then the vox box showed English

I can't fix this either, vox is supposed to be on but there's no option to select any languages only a ---

Ah, that's strange. It didn't have the option the first time I opened the game, but the option appeared as it should when I opened the game the second time.

I have the same issue. There's no English setting under "VOX." There are no settings under the option at all, just a "---" blank setting. It won't let me download any voiced audio.
