Why do I have no character audio?

Have background music but speech bubbles, ability to taunt, and character audio is gone. Does anyone know the fix?

The easiest method which worked for me and my friends was redownloading their data, To do that open Duel Links again (make sure it's in the menu screen) and then look to the bottom right and click redownload data, it should take about 5 mins or it depends on how much far you've gone in the actual game, If this worked for you guys, You're welcome.
